The experience
Explore Dubai Aquarium’s tunnel, Underwater Zoo and Penguin Cove at Dubai Mall, with clearly separated Gold, Platinum and encounter options.
Walk through the tunnel before continuing to the habitats upstairs. Silver admission covers the core visit and Penguin Cove viewing. Gold adds the listed boat and feeding benefits, while Platinum adds priority and an eligible encounter under its terms.
Watching penguins through their habitat is different from booking an encounter. The standalone Penguin Encounter price is not a complete aquarium package. Confirm any time slot and voucher conditions; hotel transfers, meals and unlisted interactions are separate.

Check timed encounter availability before choosing your main entry time. Bring proof of children’s ages and allow time to navigate Dubai Mall.
Physical requirements
The walking attraction and boat/encounter activities have different access restrictions. Do not assume a boat restriction applies to the entire aquarium.
Children and accessibility
Share each child’s age and any access requirements before confirmation. Age limits, available assistance and accessible facilities must be checked for this specific experience. A price category does not establish suitability.
Conditions and changes
Ask Journeyfer to confirm the route and operation for your date, including any seasonal limitations. Photographs and preferred times do not guarantee conditions or availability.
Cancellation and refunds
Ticket and tour policies vary. Some attraction tickets are non-refundable once issued; request the terms for your chosen option before paying. The applicable policy is not yet published as a verified product term.
